What should you tell us when you call?

• Whether the crew can get to it from the driveway or a side gate
• The gate width if the tree is in a fenced backyard
• What you want done, or that you want us to tell you

None of it is required. It just means the estimate takes ten minutes instead of thirty.

What happens after you get in touch?

We call you back to set a time, usually within a day. Someone comes out, walks the property, and gives you a written price. You do not need to be home for the estimate on most jobs, though for anything near a screen enclosure we would rather walk it with you. If you accept, we schedule the work, normally one to two weeks out and longer in late spring. There is no charge for the estimate and nobody will chase you after it.

What areas do you cover?

Westchester only. We stay inside the neighborhood rather than running crews across the county, which is why we can usually be at your house the next day. Regular work like seasonal palm maintenance gets routed together, so tell us if your neighbors want theirs done too.
